Holiday Gala

Join us for the 6th annual Roost Boost Scholarship Holiday Gala.

 

Showcase your artwork in a postcard and/or 3”x3” petite painting.

Donate as many as you’d like, all proceeds benefit our scholarship program.​

Show dates: Friday, November 29, 2024 - Sunday, January 5, 2025

 

1. Register and reserve your place in the gallery! It's totally free to participate and each artist will receive a free ticket to the Holiday Gala Extravaganza in exchange for your donation.

2. Pick up the blank tiny canvases or postcards from the gallery, or use  your own repurposed or new postcards or 3”x3” or 3”x4” canvas,

3. Create your art! Transform your postcards or tiny canvases into unique Petite Paintings or personal Postcard Perspectives. You can use any medium and each will be a one-of-a-kind work of art!

4. Bring your art to the gallery at 122 Main Street in New Paltz during regular gallery hours:
   11:00 am -6:00 pm Friday & Saturday, or Sunday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, or by appointment.
   All art must be dropped off by Sunday, November 24, 2024, 4:00 pm.

5. Promote the show and plan to attend the Gala on Saturday, December 7, 6:00 -9:00 pm

6. Roost Arts will provide printed cards and image files for social media so you can invite your friends, family, and following! All participating will have complimentary admission to the Gala Art extravaganza.

7. Collect or donate your art if it is not sold: Art that sells will go home with the buyer at the time of sale. Remaining art will stay on display until Sunday, January 5th. After that, the artist can pick it up or donate it for next year's art scholarship fundraiser.
