About the event

Everyone is welcome in this workshop, whether you're new to clay, meditation, or both. We begin with a brief conversation about mindfulness and how its principles can support us not only in meditation, but in everyday life.

A short, guided mindfulness meditation will follow this to help ground and center you before transitioning into hands-on clay work.

Using self-hardening clay, we'll approach the creative process from a state of presence and awareness.

This class intends to open up new channels of creativity and to offer techniques you can carry into your daily life and creative practice.
