Reawakening the Creative Spirit: New Winternight Workshops

This workshop series is based in Expressive Arts. Although these two-hour sessions are designed in layers, participants can do one, two, or all three. Absolutely no experience is necessary in any of the expressive arts (movement, drawing, painting, meditation, or sound), equally accessible to artists and those simply interested in increasing their creative expression.

1. Unleashing Your Creative Power Sunday October 18th from 10am-12pm

Rediscover the impulse to experiment and explore your creativity before you learned to constrain it with composition and controlled form. Find your wildest free expression. This is an introduction to finding your freest spirit through expressive arts. Absolutely no experience is required. Artists: jumpstart your creativity. $45 Materials included.

2. Aligning with Soul Sunday November 1st from 10am - 12pm

Expressive arts offer an invaluable opportunity to connect deeply with the inner self. Through movement, sound, guided meditation, and painting, we will explore within, allowing free -lowing energy through color. No experience is necessary, though this continues the process of Unleashing your Creative Power. $45 Materials included.

3. Building Community through Collective Heart Coherence Sunday December 13th from 10am - 12pm

What do you have to share in the new world we’re creating? How do you wish to share that with others? Discover heart coherence through meditation and co-creation in community through the expressive arts of movement and painting. Let’s raise the collective frequency! No experience is required, though this continues the process of Unleashing your Creative Power and Aligning with Soul. $45 Materials included.
