"My subject interests are broad and my work is opportunistic. I look for good stories to tell from my daily experience of the people, places and things that I encounter. My goal is to visualize and capture enough context to allow the viewer to envision the background of a story and possible outcomes, based on a single frame. I’m successful when I’m seeing well – finding the story that may be hidden from a casual glance. I want my photographs to show the viewer something they may not have seen had they been present at the point of capture."
