50% donation of the proceeds from your artwork if it sells in auction. after the auction ends, any unsold paintings will be assigned a "buy now" price equal to 40% of fair market value. Unsold art will be returned to the artist or may be donated to Mohonk Preserve for use at future auctions. Artist hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Roost Arts Hudson Valley for any reason whatever during and resulting from this event. Registration fees are non-refundable if the artist cannot participate for any reason.
